crazy life
it has been awhile since i have been able to be on line. we haven't got our phone hooked up yet. so I'll try and update all that has been going on. we got all of our stuff out of storage this weekend and got moved into our new house. so i have done nothing but unpack boxes for the past few days. it is extremely tiring. not to mention the fact that i have been sick and the kids are out of school on Easter break this whole week. it is very nice to finally be in our own space with my own stuff. even though a lot of it is still in boxes. there is not enough storage in this place so i need more shelves. so the boxes will wait until i can get back to ikea and get some more shelves and things for storage. but for now we have all of the essentials out except for the phone which is starting to drive me crazy. i will email my new number to all those who need it. our address is still the same it is so much easier just to use a PO box besides they don't deliver the mail to your house up here. such a backwards country.

Congrats on being in your new place. I definetely know how you feel about having your own space, your own things around you + what that means. Transitions are hard. It may take awhile to get back into a routine that works (especially with all the unpacking + feeling poorly), but you'll get there in the end. And don't worry, Shirl - those boxes aren't going anywhere so it's not like it's a huge rush to get it all unpacked. We certainly have lots of boxes still in our garage to go through, but they can wait until other more important things occur (like mowing the lawn)!
Actually, think it's quite nice that your mail isn't delivered to your house. Forces people to go into town + have a bit of a community feeling at the post office! LOL Good luck w/ everything.
